Review of 2009
Some more pictures and projects. First from inside a data centre :-

This board is one of many providing power to the building, and this year we supplied some more extensions to other boards on the same site.
The six 1200KW drives for St. Germans Pumping station were finally installed on site.

This is one of the 1200KW drives on final test in TCS workshop. Each drive has a complete motor control centre 10m long, with mains/generator changeover. The main website for the project is here, and progress pictures here.
One of our panels can be seen here and here, taken in July 2009. When complete this will be the largest pumping station in the UK, and the second largest in Europe.
We supplied a curved board for the Pudding Mill pumping station on the London Olympics site :-

The design of the building meant the board had to fit around the curve of the wall.

Here is one of several large incomers, in this case 5000A fed by an overhead bustrunking :-

This was one of three for a Thames Water site.
We did 4 x switchboards for a new 140m long pipelay ship (Skandi Vitoria) :-

Our boards will be used for the ROV operations.
We installed a new folding (bending) machine by Safan :-

This is an all-electric model with servo drives instead of the traditional hydraulic motors - much more efficient.
Our new UCC product was well received. New features included plinth slots for easier and safer handling by forklift truck :-
