2011 Review Part 2
We had a very busy year during 2011, so more pictures of completed jobs can be seen below.
As well as numerous boards for the UK water industry, this year we also supplied boards for many other industries including distilling, steel, nuclear, refining and chemical.
Overseas jobs included boards destined for Nigeria, UAE, Iran and the Falkland Islands.
We also supplied many boards for general power and distribution including several Schools (Liverpool, Manchester), Hospitals (Salford, Warwick, Aberdeen), Universities (Liverpool, Manchester) and office buildings in London.

Transformer enclosure for a package sub project. This is before it is painted. The enclosure is designed to be dismantled and then re-assembled on site. The transformer can be removed and replaced by lifting off the doors and then wheeling it out. All enclosure assembly fixings are on the inside and the doors are locked and interlocked for safety.

Here is the transformer - all connections to the switchboard are provided by Rolla, ready for site installation. More transformer enclosure details here.

Auto-changeover systems remain popular. This one includes manual bypass.

Here are the changeover contactors with mechanical interlock.

Alternative style changeover - Motorized MCCB's, again with mechanical interlock.

More switchboards with auto-changeover incomers. Very popular in the building services industry, and more details of our auto-changeovers can be found here.

But then again.
Rolla can provide any colour from the standard ranges in BS4800, RAL and BS381C, usually gloss or semi-gloss. Special finishes are also available.
