Pictures of some of the jobs we recently completed.

12 off 1600A ACB Incomers (ABB E2 type). These are for St. Germans Pumping Station.

The above pictures show front and rear views of the same section - on site a concrete pillar will sit behind the dummy front whilst the busbars, including earth bar, pass around the back.

Five of the 7 off drives for a water pumping station near Matlock. Each drive is rated at either 315KW or 400KW and has a 4-way mechanical door interlock to ensure operator safety. The doors were kept as small as possible due to site access limitations, but still large enough to accomodate the inlet air filters. Hot air outlet is via a special roof duct, which is then vented out of the building to ensure no recirculation.

Large Distribution board - red doors are for fire alarm panels and security supplies etc not to be switched off!

This board is being supplied to Network Rail by R & B Switchgear and comprises dual transformer incomers, buscoupler, auxiliary generator incomer and automatic power factor correction.
