Pictures of recently completed boards:-

One of the auxilliary boards for the new St Germans pumping station. Having already supplied the six main 1200KW drives, these are for all the additional plant, penstock controls, fuel pumps etc.

Detail showing the special 160+ degree hinging arrangements. Normally our doors have an inbuilt limit at just over 90 degrees, but in this case the doors were required to open as fully as possible in the event of an emergency so as not to delay anyone.

Another of the boards for St Germans.

Auxiliary Switchboard for St. Germans

Part of the Critical Board for a data centre. This is the switchgear that controls the feeds to and from the UPS units. Note the double and triple stack ACB columns to save floor space. The finished board is about twice the length shown above.

Standard MCC for a water project.

Back-to-back MCC

Small withdrawable MCC, in this case fittted with DC starter units.

Another water MCC - note raised gland boxes for ease of cabling.
