Some of the projects shipped from Rolla in February.

Tunnel ventilation 132kw drives

Drive cubicles, each containing 2 x 132KW VSD (Duty/Standby). This is part of a tunnel ventilation project in London. The drives are ABB again, using R8i input stages and R7i Outputs. Doors are all interlocked for operator safety using our own internal linkage system.

2000A switchboard for a university

Part of a switchboard for a UK University. The board comprises in total 12 ACB columns, arranged in 2 rows with a busbar bridge between (due to site limitations). Other feeders are Socomec fuseswitches. All cables are top rear entry - note bottom busbars.

DC drives for steel rolling mill

Drive cubicles for a UK steel rolling mill. Part of an extension suite totalling over 12m long, extending a job we did originally in 2006. Busbars are 80KA for 1 second, 4000A. Note the bridge piece for connecting to the existing sections on site. Detailed views below:-

nuclear decommisioning back-to-back MCC

Part of a Back-to-Back Motor control Centre for a nuclear decommisioning project. The busbars are rated 50KA for 3 seconds, all fully insulated. Cable boxes internal to form 4 type 7 (steel).

Motor Control Centres for Scottish Water projects.

Incomer and Buscoupler Air Circuit Breakers (Merlin Gerin NW range). This forms part of 12.5m long back-to-back MCC for Thames Water. All 4 ACB's will be interlocked with each other.

Picture received from site in Dubai as our container arrived, and after offloading. All arrived safely and will soon be installed for Etisalat.
Switch connections and spreaders for MCCB Incomer. Project is destined for Abuja in Nigeria.
