Pictures of recently completed boards:-

Part of a switchboard for a data centre project. Several other boards are to follow these first sections, but this unit was to be installed during the Christmas shutdown to minimise disruption to the existing supplies.

Custom enclosures for MCCB and MCB Pan Assemblies. Needed to be more substantial than the manufacturers standard enclosures so we designed these. They are a modular design enabling them to be split into individual columns if required, yet be strong enough to withstand some site abuse - in this case they were to be handled down a staircase.
First 4 are now already on site, and in use.

Thames Water MCC. Total length when complete nearly 6m.

Generator connection box with integral sub-frame.

Scottish Water MCC for a pumping station. Large door cutouts are for fan/filter combinations.

Three drive cubicles - again ABB ISU Regen. units. These are part of the Inlet Works MCC for a large Yorkshire Water project. Total board length is 18m when complete, in 2 x legs, connected with an overhead busbar bridge. Ventilation is unusual - air inlet at the front, air outlet at the rear direct into overhead ductwork to keep the building cool. These drives also have a 3 x door interlock system.

Scottish Water MCC, when complete 7m long.

Part of an MCC for a Scottish Water Project featuring 2 x ABB Variable Speed Drives - Regen type. Another board also had 2 drives for the same project. Rolla provide all the mechanical mounting kits within our enclosure, so the drives just plug into place ready for control wiring. Incomers are ABB E2 Air Circuit Breakers.

MCC for a chemical works.

MCC for a Severn Trent Water project, ready for packing and despatch.
