Part of a switchboard for Severn Trent Water. When completed this board comprises twin 1600A ACB incomers, 1200A ACB feeder, various other feeders and PFC section.

Switchboard for a Hospital Project near Liverpool. Section on the left houses power factor correction.

Part of an MCC for a Carbon Fibre manufacturing plant in Scotland. Each of the above compartments houses a variable speed drive (VSD). Special ventilation arrangements were incorporated to ensure the VSD's got fresh filtered air (from below) and exhaust air was extracted from above. Carbon fibres are not good for electrical switchgear!.

Some of the 30 full height drive sections for the above project. Again special air flow facilities were incorporated so no fans are fitted to the doors.

Generator Auxiliary Switchboards for a gas turbine power station. The switches at the bottom are Merlin Gerin NS range, 1000A rating.

Another of the MCC's for Carbon Fibre production.

Switchboard for the new Floral Pavilion Theatre on the Wirral. There are twin 800A incomers (one bottom cable entry, one top cable entry), 800A buscoupler, 2 x PFC sections (louvred) and various feeders. Overall length 4.5m.

3-Pump panel for an overseas project.

Part of a switchboard for a UK factory near Manchester. All the feeder switches are ABB MCCB's type T2, T3 or T5 frame sizes. All connections to busbars are solid copper.

Incomer and PFC sections for the above switchboard. The ACB is an ABB E3 2500A.
