Pictures of recently completed jobs

One of 4 switchboards for a ship project being built overseas. These are auxiliary boards for a large vessel (which is over 140m long) and provide power to some specialized equipment such as ROV and cranes. Fault rating is 80KA for 1 second.

Small MCC for a local water company upgrade project.

ABB E2 incomers (Mains and Generator) which are mechanically interlocked to prevent parallel operation, yet still retaining full Form 4 segregation.

Part of another back-to-back MCC nearly ready for final inspection and despatch. Large section for PLC/ICA and lots of small drives.

HV/LV Transformer enclosure assembled prior to painting to ensure everything fits as it should. This is a modular structure due to it's size so will be sent to the customer as loose parts to ease transportation and site assembly. The transformer is rated 2000/2800KVA (AN/AF) in this case.

Incomer and feeder sections to be close coupled to the transformer to form a complete packaged substation. Incomer is 4000A, various feeders.
