Variable speed drives have been very popular recently, usually the ultra low harmonic versions from ABB (ACS800 and ACS880). Recent sites are all over the country and include Inchgarth, Church Wilne, Mogden, Dronfield, Lundwood, Beverley and Dalmarnock (site picture above and below). We have also provided the drives for the huge Birmingham Resilience Project currently under construction (some more details here).
